What are digital files?

Digital files are electronic documents, images, graphics, or other content that can be downloaded and accessed electronically 📃. Upon purchase, your digital product will be instantly available for download. No physical item will be shipped. Please note that all my shop items include the term 'Digital Download' in the listing images and description. Make sure to review these carefully before making your purchase!

How do I access my purchased digital files?

You can download your digital product directly from your Etsy account. After your purchase is complete, go to: • Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. • Locate your order and click Download Files. If you checked out as a guest, the download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

What if I have trouble downloading the files?

Some digital designs may take longer to download as they include multiple formats. Please allow some time for the download to complete. If you encounter any difficulties downloading or using our files, you can contact me 24/7. I will support promptly 👍

Why can't I download my digital files?

💻 Tip: I recommend using a computer or laptop to download your files. 📱 Mobile devices like phones or tablets (iPad etc.) may not work properly due to browser restrictions. ✅ For the smoothest experience, use a desktop browser to access your digital downloads.

Do I need to pay to use the templates in Canva?

No, you don’t need to pay to use the templates themselves! Once you purchase and download the template from my shop, it’s yours to use. However, please note: • Some elements in the template (like premium graphics, fonts, or images) might require a Canva Pro subscription. If you’re using Canva’s free version, you can replace these premium elements with free alternatives. • The templates are fully customizable, so you can adjust them to fit your needs without incurring additional costs.

Why did I receive only one PDF file?

Etsy limits uploads to 20MB, so I am including links in the PDF to access all your purchased files.👍

Custom and personalized orders

When purchasing custom or personalized products, please review the instructions provided in the listing images and description. Once finalized, your order will be marked as complete, and the digital file(s) will be available for download on your order page.

My printout doesn’t fit—what should I do?

All phone case templates are digital downloads and editable in Canva. After purchase, you'll receive a file with the template and detailed size instructions. If your printout looks too small or too large, please check your printer settings—make sure paper size is correct and that options like "Fit to Page" or "Actual Size" are properly selected. Still having trouble? Just send me a message through Etsy, and I’ll be happy to help! 😊👍

How long will I have access to my digital files?

Once purchased, your digital files are permanently linked to your Etsy account. You can re-download them anytime from your Purchases section.

Can I get the template in a different size?

Template sizes are listed in the listing images and description. While I generally offer standard sizes like US Letter, 5x7", and A4, if you need a custom size, feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist!
