My tracking shows my package was delivered but I never received it.

If your package has been marked shipped and your shipping information was correct on your order, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be physically delivered to you. Here are a few other things you can do: • Check to see if anyone in your household picked up the package. • Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. • Make sure that the correct shipping address was provided on your order.
