Sticker only orders are mailed via USPS with a stamp (limited tracking info). All other items are mailed via USPS with tracking. An estimated delivery time is included in shipping confirmation emails. Once a package is shipped, the only information available is what USPS provides. The Blooming Bike cannot guarantee the exact date packages arrive, no refund will be issued for delayed mail. All orders ship within the processing time listed. Buyers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping addresses. The Blooming Bike is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged mail. If you have any issues with your package please contact The Blooming Bike via Etsy messages as soon as possible for assistance with filing a claim with USPS.

Custom Orders and Send-in Service

The Blooming Bike does accept most custom orders. To inquire, please contact via Etsy messages with your project idea for a custom quote. The Blooming Bike not accept requests that include licensed, copyrighted, or trademarked designs. The Blooming Bike does not currently offer a send-in service to update products from previous orders or to update garments you already own.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Order Change Requests

The Blooming Bike does not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations are accepted if requested within 1 hour of order placement. Order change requests cannot be accommodated once the production process has started on an order. If you would like to request a change to your order, please contact The Blooming Bike via Etsy messages as soon as possible to see if this option is available.

Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. This time varies based on what items an order includes. Please review the listing page of each item you're purchasing for an estimated time-frame. All orders are always shipped within the listed date range.

Hand-embroidery items are gentle hand wash only and air dry. Full care instructions are included with each order. Hair bows are spot clean only (if needed).

If you would like an order quicker than the listed time-frame, please send a message (before ordering) to check availability. Please include the date you need the package by. A shipping upgrade to Priority for a faster delivery from USPS may be needed. Including a 'need by date' in your order notes does not mean the order will be processed and shipped faster.

Missing Order Information

If necessary information is missing from an order, The Blooming Bike will reach out to the buyer via Etsy messages to attempt to confirm order details. If The Blooming Bike does not receive a response from the buyer within 72 hours, The Blooming Bike will decide to move forward with selecting the information on the buyer's behalf or to cancel the order until a response is received. Necessary information may include but is not limited to: felt color, thread color, add on design requests, text requests, or any other information needed by The Blooming Bike to process an order.

Pitney Bowes Stamps and Shipping

Pitney Bowes is a verified USPS and Etsy shipping partner. Sticker only orders are mailed with a First Class QR code stamp from Pitney Bowes. This stamp includes general tracking information that can only be accessed directly through Etsy, not USPS. Since this is stamped mail, tracking updates may vary and/or may not always be accurate. Items may show tracking as 'Pre-Transit' during the entire ship time. Occasionally, tracking may be marked as 'Delivered' a few days before orders arrive. Most First Class mail arrives within 5-10 business days. If you would like a quicker delivery or full tracking, please upgrade shipping at checkout to Ground Advantage.

Custom Name Sticker Details

Custom name stickers are vinyl stickers a sealed matte finish. *Stickers are water-resistant, not waterproof.* Stickers are made for one time use. Carefully peel away the white backing from the sticker and firmly apply to a clean, dry, and smooth surface. Hand wash only. Do not soak or submerge in water. Dry immediately. Stickers are not for dishwasher or microwave use. Sticker size is measured in width, not height. Text size and height varies based on letters and name length. Shorter names will be larger than longer names.
