I love these vintage treasures and look forward to each one finding a new loving home. Therefore, we take great care in our packaging of these items, often building custom boxes for unusual items, and doing our best to help insure that they arrive safely at your door. We use clean, recycled packaging materials most of time.

We ship almost exclusively with USPS. "FREE SHIPPING" items, that are under a pound, will most often ship First Class, which does have tracking, but does not come with insurance. Shipping upgrades are available for these items at buyers expense, just message me. If it is a more expensive item or over a pound, it will ship Priority Mail, which comes with tracking and $100 of insurance. I add insurance and sometimes signature required on more expensive items. In the very rare instance that an item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please save the box and packing materials. I will need a few photos of the damaged item and the box/packing materials to file an insurance claim.
