Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we strictly do not offer refunds and replacements on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement at our own cost. How to return the damaged/dissatisfied product

We mail replacement at our own cost but to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us on returns, and also to stay environmentally friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us. Instead, we kindly ask you to ***Take a sharp object and make a cut through several times on the canvas, blanket, or other gift products. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratch the surface with a sharp object so that we can process the replacement, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment.
