Care Instructions & Sizing

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after you try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Items returned to seller/sender after its shipped

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

If a sale starts after you made a purchase

If we run a sale after your purchase, we do not offer refunds for the price difference. The price paid is the price of the item at the time of purchase.

LillyBird Studio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen--all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item--please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Returns, exchanges and alterations after delivery

Due to the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

We do not send photo proofs or mockups. If you need us to, please send us a message no later than one hour after you make your purchase. We sometimes share sneak peaks of customer items on our Instagram @lilllybird.studio

There are no refunds since most of our items are custom. If an item is damaged in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit your claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. NOTE that when submitting an insurance claim you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damage item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. NOTE that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Currently, we do not offer rush production. All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days.

🍼 TURNAROUND TIME & PROOFS
Our design turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Once your design is complete we will send a design proof under Etsy Message. Please check your messages so you don't miss your proof. Your prompt response is appreciated to avoid any delays to your order. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours after proof is sent, we will automatically send it to production to ensure your order is shipped in time.

Once we receive your approval, if you ordered a print, we will send your artwork to production or if you ordered a digital download, we will send an email with your file.
