1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Every item is custom-made to order, so unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales from my shop are final. Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business!

2. Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates due to factors beyond our control once the item is handed over to USPS or other courier service provider. Items are typically produced within 1-7 business days before shipping. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive deliveries and will keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?

Once a tracking number is attached, your order is in transit either by myself or a printing partner. Please allow 24-72 hours for initial scans to appear in the tracking. "Pre-Transit" indicates it's awaiting a carrier scan. Please be patient, and allow 10 full business days (US orders) and 30 full business days (international orders) without updates before considering a package missing.

4. My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

While rare, if your item arrives damaged, we're happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Etsy shop or submit a help request. Include photos of the front and back of the item to help us follow up with our manufacturing partner.

5. My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?

Please allow 24 hours after the "delivered" notification for your order to arrive. If it still hasn't shown up, send us a message so we can contact the courier service provider and locate your order.

6. Custom and personalized orders

Yes! If you'd like to customize an item or create a new one, please send us a message. We're happy to work with you on custom and personalized orders!

7. I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we cannot replace or refund the product. Items returned to sender go back to our manufacturing partner, and we cannot recover them. In some cases, we can reprint and reship your item, but the buyer is responsible for full shipping costs on the replacement. Please message us for more information.

8. Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?

If you ordered multiple items, they might ship separately due to different printing partners, varying processing times, stock availability, etc. Each item will receive tracking information when ready at no additional cost. You can find tracking information in your order details under "My Purchases" once it's available.
