How much notice do I need to give for a urgent order?

Majority of orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 day of the order being placed however in the circumstance that a restock is underway, it can take 1-2 weeks to dispatch.

My item came damaged, What should I do?

If your item was damaged in transit, You may be able to claim for a refund within 24 hours of receiving your product. You must provide evidence of the damage and send it over to us via email or through the contact us button. After 48 hours we cannot process any refunds for damaged items.

I haven't received my item, What should I do?

Please contact us so we can confirm the dispatch date to you and let you know of any known delays. However our parcels are NOT tracked so we cannot locate them. There are Royal Mail strikes planned on the 8th and 9th of September which will delay your mail. Our parcels are sent 1st and 2nd class dependant on the option you selected. First class has a timescale of 1-2 working days and Second class has a timescale of 2-4 working days. Royal Mail deems a parcel lost after 10 working days, at this point you can raise a Etsy case to get a refund. We are not liable to refund a order if it does not arrive in time for your event. Our ONLY promise is a next day dispatch, Royal Mail delivery is a third party company which we cannot control.
