Needed way more cord than stated in the pattern, I learned the hard way after having cut the cords for the first attempt at the bag. Second attempt with more cord went relatively well, I’m somewhat happy with the end result but I do feel like this is not a pattern for beginners because a few things could be explained in more detail. The strap on this bag is also kinda flimsy given the ratio of strap to cord used for the bag, it’s quite heavy, I feel like it might not last without reinforcements. If you’re unsure about how much cord you need, I would overestimate and only make one side of the bag first to make sure that you don’t cut a whole bags worth of cord :)
