In general, stainless steel does not rust, but if it is used or maintained improperly, or in a harsh environment, it will rust or tarnish! Remember this is not 14K gold and everyone's skin is different :). We recommend not wearing during exercising, or wearing in the ocean and it may also react with lotions and perfumes. What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Steele Sloan Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. Because most packages are shipped USPS Ground or USPS Priority there is $100 insurance available for customers to file their claim if the package is lost or damaged in the mail.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if my package arrives damaged?

PLEASE READ THIS! I know it is a pain but unfortunately damage in transit does sometimes happen - Regrettably we are not able to file a claim for you if your package arrives damaged due to the post office transit - As above with any postal delays or theft, once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. We do provide up to $100 insurance with our USPS Ground and Priority shipping. *****Do NOT throw away the damaged items or packaging***** as USPS often requires the damaged box, packaging and damaged items to be presented to the Post Office for inspection - for more information about claims please see http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
