Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and you will receive a full refund. However, if the item is already in production, we will refund 50% of the item's cost due to production expenses. We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. The bag is absolutely gorgeous! The construction and materials are remarkable. The engraving needs improvement. The ink is smudging, and also is not the size as pictured on the product listing. The font also looks nothing like the option I chose. I chose font 9. The seller refunded me $20 which I appreciated greatly. Great communication. Just upload real photos of the engraving !
