A stunning hand embroidered silk jacket from the 1920’s with colouful florals on a vibrant red base.

This piece is made of high quality, lightweight silk, and features knotted frog closures up the front, wide three-quarter length sleeves and side slits at each hip.

The embroidery is exceptional with vibrant floral patterns throughout and detailed trim, cuffs and collar.

The cut is an open box shape with no bust darts and the piece is fully lined in an orange/red tissue silk.

In excellent vintage condition with the only flaw to note being extremely faint underarm marks and seam repairs at the inside lining of the underarms that is not visible when worn.
Structurally perfect with so much life left.
