This is a quality lap desk and t's big enough for me to have an additional monitor as well as places to put my cell phone, mouse pad and ear buds. The padding underneath is firm but soft so I can see it being comfortable for an 8 hour workday (Just started using it today). I had no problems so I didn't have a need for customer service but based on the quality and the fast turn around time, I would say the customer service is excellent. Shipping was very fast. I received it well before I expected it and it was well packaged. If you are looking to buy one of these desks, I believe you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend this desk.

I'm pretty impressed with this lap desk. I had a different one that was way too small, had a tiny mouse pad and was cheaply made. With this I just use whatever pad I want. More than enough room for my gaming setup. It's high quality and I love it!!!
This lap desk absolutely SLAPS. I just recently got a different lap desk with little legs and realized those won't work for me as I usually sit cross-legged or with one leg tucked under myself. THIS is the perfect solution for me. The cushioned bottom helps me keep the desk level regardless of whatever weird position I've got my legs in. Perfectly large to feel like a usable work space without being unwieldly.
