All items in my shop are hand-made and made-to-order. Bringing each product to life is a multiple step process to ensure a proper cure and a beautiful product. Trust me - it's worth the wait! Current Processing Times: Standard Orders - < 1 week Custom Orders - up to 3 weeks All holiday processing information will be posted in a shop update. All items will be shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Shipping times are set by the shipping carrier and may be subject to delay. I will not be held liable for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or items damaged during transit. Purchases over $35 are eligible for free shipping. Smaller orders are subject to the posted shipping costs.

I have multiple suppliers for acrylics, vinyl, cold cups - if you have a vision, I can definitely make it happen! Additional fees for materials and time will apply, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Message me with your idea and let's get creating! Bulk orders are welcome as well! If you have a specific deadline, please message me prior to purchase to ensure that I can accommodate. All custom orders and bulk orders must be paid in full prior to the production process and cannot be cancelled for any reason. Proofs can be provided for custom photo orders. Additional processing time will be required for custom and bulk orders.

Errors, Returns, Refunds, Cancellation and Limited Warranty Policies

As items are made to order and customized specifically for you, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or returns are permitted. If there was a mistake made on my part during the creation of your goodies, message me with video/photos, and I will do what is necessary to make it right. In addition, retractable reels and pens are guaranteed for 30 days from the shipping date, granted that care instructions were followed. This is not applicable to toppers adhered with E6000. Replacement and upgrade reels are available via the "Replacement and Specialized Reels" listing.

1. Some of our handmade crafts may inadvertently bear a resemblance to existing trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials. Be aware that any resemblances are entirely coincidental and unintentional. 2. Please note that our creations are entirely original and are not affiliated with any official franchises, brands, or copyrighted materials, unless explicitly stated. 3. All intellectual property rights related to the designs, images, and content displayed on our Etsy shop and associated platforms are the sole property of Offbeat Brilliance. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of our original creations without permission is not allowed.

All products will ship with a specific care card with instructions to keep your goodies beautiful for a long time to come. General Instructions for all products: - Clean with soap and water. Dry with a smooth cloth. DO NOT use alcohol or disinfectant as this will strip the resin and damage the item. - Avoid heat and do not leave items in a hot environment, such as a vehicle - Avoid dropping items - Be kind to the retractable reels - Buddies: do NOT apply adhesive over resin for XRAY markers. The excessive pulling can damage the design. - Tumblers/Cups: these are NOT dishwasher, oven, or microwave safe. Hand wash only. Only cold beverages should be used in the cold cups.

🛑 Every item is handmade to order; therefore, cancellations and refunds are NOT allowed. Each item is unique and may have small imperfections, adding to its character and charm. Every order is made by hand, and I strive for flawless!

🛑🛑🛑 It is normal for the topper to "float" on top of the silicone Stanley insert approximately 1/8 inches. The topper will fit snug, with both ends held on by friction. It does not "snap" into place in order to prevent damage to your lid. Don't fret if the topper moves around a little bit or does not sit flush, this is by design! If you'd like a more secure fit, pop dots are a removable double-sided adhesive, which is available at craft stores and on Amazon. 🛑🛑🛑

🧾 All products come with care instructions.

‼️Warranties: The topper is under warranty for 30 days under the following conditions:
- Not exposed to any heat or hot environments
- Not cleaned with alcohol or chemical disinfectants
- Not dropped or otherwise abused

📌Should a warranty claim be required, either a new item will be shipped directly to the buyer free of charge OR the buyer will need to return the item. The item will either be repaired or replaced free of charge with free replacement shipping. Please reach out should there be any issues, and I will take care of you. Claim outcomes are determined on a cases-by-case basis.

Hi Myrda, As explained in excruciating detail in the product description and ALL 3 INSERTS in the packaging, it is NOT going to click in BY DESIGN. If I made it "secure", it would permanently scratch, chip and destroy the plastic spinner on your lid. I do this to PROTECT YOUR $45+ INVESTMENT. Most of the spinners cannot be replaced. Enjoy your topper.

Hi Heather, I provide clear disclaimers describing fitment in every listing to set expectations. Toppers DO NOT "snap" onto your lid to prevent irreparable damage to your plastic spinner and lid. The printed cards in your package also state this and suggest removable double-sided adhesive if you want more stability. Enjoy your beautiful topper.
