Order Processing Time

We always do our best to process orders the same day or by the next business day, even though our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Yes, we do! If you need your fabric quickly, we offer expedited shipping for just $13.99, with delivery in 3 business days. Simply select the expedited shipping option at checkout. Order Cancellations & Parcel Tracking

We understand that sometimes things change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email and in your Etsy account. For wholesale deliveries, we use a private carrier to ensure timely and secure shipping.

Fabric must be free from any snags, alterations, or markings. Fabric samples are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If necessary, we can assist you by purchasing a return shipping label and sending it to you. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Return Process Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange. After we approve the return or exchange, kindly ship the fabric back to us within 3 days. Provide us with the tracking number for the returned package once shipped.
