We have a simple personalized ordering procedure, the steps are as follows: • Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for personalized jewelry. You will receive a response within a few hours, once one of our team members has your message. • Please send us the design you want us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you. • We make jewelry using, moissanite diamond, or any other gemstone as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Sterling Silver, 10K, 14K and 18K Solid Gold. We can make it in white, yellow and rose gold. • We will send you the CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a finished ring.

Is jewelry silver, gold, solid platinum and Is it marked?

All items listed in my store are available at 925 sterling silver, 10K, 14K, 18K solid gold. I offer 925 pure silver, 10K, 14K, 18K solid gold jewelry with a stamped mark. If you want gold plated silver jewelry with rhodium, I can do it for all three-tones (i.e., White, Yellow, Rose). Let me tell you that rhodium can get tired over time. So, she needs gentle care for rhodium-plated jewelry. Jewelry made of strong gold 10K, 14K and 18K cannot be a change in its original tone.

Can I order custom jewelry which is not listed on the site?

Yes, of course, I have a wide variety of jewelry design.

Do you offer a moissanite certificate?

I have a setup for making moissanite diamond. But I assure you that you can try it with a diamond tester and also check it even at your nearest jewelry store. I give you a life guarantee for my jewelry and stone.

Can I change my address once item shipped out?

No, you cannot change the address after the item has been shipped, as Etsy does not have its own shipping means, we are not responsible for any lost parcel that occurs due to an incorrect address. However, you can change your address before submitting by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Do you make men's jewelry?

Yes, we do custom-made men's jewelry. Please send us an image and we will recreate it for you.

Do you have a payment plan option?

• Minimum order value is $100. • Start production after 70% payment. • Jewelry is ship only after full payment. • The buyer must pay all installments on time, depending on what is completed when placing the order.

Can I order Moissanite which are not listed on the site?

Yes, of course. We have a wide variety of cuts and colors. We offer over 15 moissanite cuts, including Brilliant Cut, Old Mine Cuts and Old European Cuts. We offer Colorless, Near-Colorless, Off-White, Yellow, Dark Green, Light Green, Regular Green, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Blue, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Light Gray, Dark Gray and Black Moissanite.

How to take care of jewelry pieces?

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis. We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever: • Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume. • Keep your ring away from chemicals. • Do not get your ring in contact with nail polish remover. • You can use nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal. • Use a soft brush to clean the stones, gently rinsing with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirty clumps.
