We ship USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) where available, otherwise either USPS Priority or USPS Ground, priority mail upgrade (1-3 business days) is available at checkout.
By default I don't include a paper invoice (its available online through your "my purchases tab"), but I'm happy to include a printout if requested.
