The wallpaper you order will be printed especially for you by my production partner in the United States. You'll be pleased to know that all wallpaper is digitally printed using non-toxic, vegan, water-based inks. Orders for multiple products may ship at different times to ensure the quickest delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

I can't accept returns or cancellations because the wallpaper is printed to order (no stock is held on-hand). If you receive a flawed or damaged order, please reach out to me immediately — my production partner is very good about resolving issues — they want you to be happy, too! Due to the automated nature of how orders are printed, processed, and shipped orders, there is only a very small window to cancel any orders before they're printed. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

All about the Peel-&-Stick Wallpaper

✔ Suitable for well-ventilated kitchens and bathrooms ✔ 9mm thick & tear resistant ✔ Removable for up to two years (Installation will not be compromised after two years but the ability to easily remove this paper may lessen and the dried adhesive may require touching up the wall) ✔ Formaldehyde-, phthalate-, and PVC-free ✔ Suitable for well-ventilated kitchens and bathrooms ✔ Class A fire-rating For freshly painted or primed surfaces, allow the paint to dry for 30 days. ✘ Peel and Stick wallpaper is not recommended for use on walls with washable paints or No-VOC paints.

What’s the difference between wallpaper types?

The removable* Peel-&-Stick wallpaper has a subtle embossed linen texture & a matte finish. The removable wet & apply (pre-pasted) wallpaper is smooth and durable with a water-activated adhesive backing (fully recyclable once removed). This wallpaper is more reliable, even when applied to unrecommended surfaces, but it's always best to order a test swatch & follow the installation instructions and surface guidelines to the letter. The installation differs slightly — you'll receive comprehensive instructions.

Prepasted Smooth Wallpaper Removal: To take down Prepasted Removable Smooth Wallpaper, start at the corner of one roll and gently peel back from the wall. If the paper is being stubborn, use a damp sponge to reactivate the adhesive to allow it to release more easily. Once the paper is removed, the wall can be wiped with a damp sponge to clear up any remaining adhesive residue. Peel-and-Stick Woven Wallpaper Removal: The Peel-&-Stick wallpaper is removable for up to two years.The longevity of paper and ease of removal will vary due to drier or more humid environmental conditions. The installation will not be compromised after two years but the ability to easily remove this paper may lessen and the dried adhesive may need touching up wall.

Can I use in my Bathroom or Kitchen? Are your wallpapers suitable for all surfaces? How do I calculate how much wallpaper I'll need for my project?

The Peel-&-Stick wallpaper is suitable for well-ventilated kitchens and bathrooms. And while the Wet-&-Apply wallpaper hasn't been formally tested, I’ve had customers successfully use it in their bathrooms in conjunction with a seam adhesive to prevent edges from lifting. I suggest ordering a test swatch to test it out in an inconspicuous spot in your own bathroom. Are your wallpaper suitable for all surfaces? No. Both wallpaper options are NOT recommended for use on walls with texture or walls painted with "scrubbable" paints. For textured walls, wallpaper may not be a good option. Not all walls play nice with wallpaper. Let’s set you up for success: 
▶ Avoid washable, non-stick, or scrubbable paints—they’re made to resist sticking (including wallpaper!) 
▶ Freshly painted walls? Let them cure at least 4 weeks before applying 
▶ Avoid textured walls, cement, or brick — smooth surfaces are best 
▶ Flat, light-colored walls give the cleanest look. Not sure? A coat of flat white primer helps! But don’t forget to allow for 4 week curing time before installation
