How long should I expect to hear back from you guys when I send in a message?

Due to our cut down on hours as a part-time shop, we now only respond to messages about 2 times a week when we are in office. If you have an urgent request, you may need to find another shop that can fulfill your order sooner! We try to take most weekends and holidays off to maintain a work-life balance, but may still respond in certain situations. Thank you for understanding!

I sent in a message recently but have not heard back. Why is this?

We process all messages in the order they are received during our regular office hours. Because we operate on a part-time basis, our response times depend on the specific days we are in the office each week. Please note that sending multiple messages or follow-ups before hearing back will automatically push your thread to the bottom of our queue, which may delay our reply. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we are back at our desk!

Can I return or exchange my items?

Depending on the situation, you are usually responsible for making sure that the item fits your needs in terms of size, product, and/or style. Due to our transparency in our listings and free digital proofs upon request, we custom make every order and cannot offer a refund for reasons such as "I didn't know it wouldn't fit," or "I had no idea that..." However, the exception is if we have made an error on your product, we will gladly replace your order (both Etsy and our shop will require proof*). We take photos of every order before it is sent out for quality assurance. We strive to do our part and ask that you do yours prior to placing an order! Please note that jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygienic reasons.

My order has not arrived yet but tracking says "delivered." What can I do?

1) Please check your mailbox in addition to the front of your unit - sometimes, postal workers may deliver to a different spot depending on package size and other factors. 2) Check with a neighbor to see if they may have received the package on accident. 3) Wait one day - sometimes, postal workers mark a package as delivered but it does not show up until the next day 4) Contact your postal office and file a claim for the missing package 5) You may want to contact your local law enforcement to file a report for potential package theft Once you provide a copy of your filed claim with the postal office, we will typically offer to replace your order for up to 50% off the original price.

My package could not be delivered due to an invalid address. What should I do now?

When there is an invalid address, USPS will usually return your package to us. When a package is sent back to us due to an invalid address entry on your end, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fee to re-ship the item out again. Refunds are not accepted for undeliverables. Addresses are never edited on our end unless specifically requested by the buyer. Once you enter an address at checkout, Etsy automates it into a label for us to simply print and package. If you notice that your address is incorrect upon checkout, please notify us immediately. We will have to cancel your order and have you place a new one with the updated address. We are not responsible for orders that are already shipped out.

I just placed an order. When will my items ship?

Please check each listing for their processing times. When your item ships is dependent on a few factors: ☆ What time our postman arrives to pick up shipment ☆ Where your order is in our queue (queues are longer during busy seasons) ☆ How large your order is

I ordered stickers/vinyls and my shipping status still says "Pre-Transit." When will my order arrive?

Stickers and vinyls ship as flat letter mail via Pitney Bowes through Etsy to keep costs low. Because flat mail processes in bulk, post offices often bypass machine scans. Tracking relies on automated sorting hubs, meaning your order may stay in "Pre-Transit" permanently—even after delivery. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. We do not send out-of-pocket replacements. If 7 business days pass post-shipment with no delivery, message us! We will help you open an "Item Didn't Arrive" case on Etsy for a full refund under Purchase Protection so you can re-order. For step-by-step tracking, please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout.

If I leave a note during checkout to let you know that I need the items in a few days, will you rush it for me?

We fulfill orders based on the processing time stated in each listing. Leaving a note with an order to let us know that you need an item rushed will NOT rush your order. We will complete orders according to 1) when they come in and 2) based on our processing times. If you need your order by a certain day, it is your responsibility to look at the timeline and order accordingly. We strive to be fair to all of our partners and clients, and cannot skip the queue for your order without the addition of Rush Processing option. Thank you for understanding.

How do your LATE SHIP sales work?

During times when we are away and not able to complete orders, we often run a LATE SHIP sale where everything is up to 20% off, but has a 2-3 week processing time. IMPORTANT NOTES: ☆ All orders placed during this period will obtain the discount, but will need to wait 2-3 weeks to have their items shipped out ☆ NO Rush Processing option available ☆ Rush Shipping applies when your order is ready to ship out, and is separate from Rush Processing ☆ Your order will be processed and shipped according to spot in queue ☆ Cancellation window is open until we resume processing orders

Ive been meaning to write a review on my Caleb letter for quite some time now however the minute I read it I fell of the worldly grid where there was nothing in existence but myself and these masterful words on parchment for weeks. Needless to say, it was wonderful! I was really just curious how something like this would be and I was pleasantly blown away with the writing. Also, the seller was kind enough to use a custom font I requested and so I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction!
