Since all items are custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, in rare cases where something goes wrong, we’re here to help. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, we’ll happily refund you. Your satisfaction is our priority! 😊

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

We get it—sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible since production starts shortly after your order is placed. If we haven’t started working on your order yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected shipping time (1-5 days in the US), please give it a bit more time. If it still hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us, and we’ll either ensure you receive your order or issue a refund. We're here for you!

How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Using a Heat Press: 1. Make sure the garment is clean and smooth. 2. Set the heat press to 310-325°F for 10-15 seconds. 3. Place the DTF transfer on the garment and cover it with parchment paper. 4. Press for 10-15 seconds. 5. Peel off the backing while it’s cold. 6. Cover with parchment paper and press for another 5-10 seconds. Using an Iron: 1. Clean and smooth the garment. 2. Set the iron to the highest cotton setting (350-375°F). 3. Place the DTF transfer on the garment and cover with parchment paper. 4. Firmly press the iron for 10-15 seconds. 5. Peel off the backing once it’s slightly cooled. 6. Cover with parchment paper and iron again for 5-10 seconds. Your designs will look stunning in no time! 👕🎉
