Communication & Customer Care

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask questions and research the item, investigate size, fit, measurements, and even the quality before you buy. I'm as detailed as possible in order for you to make an informed purchase decision. Photos are also considered part of my description. If the reason is buyer’s remorse, incorrect color or size (by no fault of seller), a change of mind, or opening a new old stock sealed item, I cannot grant your return request. I understand you may regret a purchase decision — it does happen — but due to the costs, energy, and effort involved in maintaining my shop, I unfortunately cannot make an exception for regret.

If an item arrives damaged in transit (please keep the box and all packing materials) or I have inadvertently misrepresented something by an honest error, please contact me promptly so I can work with you on a resolution. I insure any item over $100.00 for shipping damage as a seller. Etsy also guarantees purchases to a certain amount, so we are both covered. Exceptions are always considered in cases of shipping damages or verified seller error.

I strive for your peace of mind during your shopping experience. If there is a problem with your order, I ask you to extend me grace as a courtesy and first reach out to me before taking any other action. (We’re human; mistakes can happen.) If I'm not responsive in a reasonable amount of time (within 1 business day of your complaint) or we cannot agree on a remedy, then move forward and contact Etsy secondly. It is unfair to a seller to leave a harsh review or open a case without having communicated your needs or issues to me first. I would greatly appreciate that opportunity to resolve an issue and want nothing more than your satisfaction — to build trust in my small business.

Shipping Policy
