Cancellations & Refunds

Most of my products are digital downloads, which means refunds are generally not available once the file has been downloaded. However, if you accidentally purchase the same item twice or have any issues with your order, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to help. For collectibles and craft kits, cancellations and refunds are only accepted within 1 hour after purchase. After this period, the order is considered final. I do not accept returns of any kind.

Do I Need a Commercial License?

For small-scale businesses and personal projects, you don’t need a commercial license. However, if you plan to use my patterns for large-scale production or mass resale, please contact me to discuss commercial licensing options.

Downloading Your Digital Files

Once your payment is processed, you can download your files directly from Etsy. Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews, find the order, and click Download Files. If you checked out as a guest, look for the download link in the receipt email from Etsy. Note: Digital files are not accessible through the Etsy mobile app; please use a browser on a computer or tablet.

Can I Sell Items Made from FairyShore Patterns?

Yes, you may sell handmade items created from my patterns in small quantities. If you’re selling online, please credit FairyShore in your listing (e.g., “Based on a FairyShore pattern” or “Made from a FairyShore pattern”) and include a link to my Etsy shop. For sales at craft fairs or bazaars, a similar credit is appreciated.

Restrictions on Pattern Use

All FairyShore patterns are for personal use only. Please do not use my designs in sewing classes, kits, or mass production. Additionally, I kindly ask that you use your own photos to showcase your creations; using my images for promotion is prohibited, as they are copyrighted.

Discounts and Coupons

Coupons or discounts cannot be applied to one-of-a-kind collectible items and craft kits. If a coupon is used for these items, the transaction will be canceled and refunded.
