Materials: wood

Discover that charm of the plump snowman with its functionality and artistry. Makes for a great gift, snack tray, decoration or even a candle. Made with all natural wood. Each has been routered and sanded, stained and sealed. Since wood is natural each will be slightly different. Holds 16 ounces. 11.5 by 7
When making a candle with a wood bowl, it is not like pouring into glass. We inspect each bowl/tray for any cracks, knots or holes but being a natural product, wood has a mind of its own and can have things hidden. This happens with anything made of wood. We do our best after each process to check for the best ones that will be used for candles. We do not have any guarantees with the hazards of candle bowls developing cracks or leaks.

Fire retardant. We use class A and dip them before staining. Even though they have been put through this process, nothing made of wood is fire proof! We do recommend using some type of warning label on your candles. One that says something like, “never leave unattended”, “do not burn past 1/4” of wax”, etc… Standard candle burning precautions should be followed at all times. If you’re buying these bowls for resale. We recommend including candle burning warnings, precautions and care for each order. Proper wick trimming and proper wick placement is also very important.

Since every bowl is made out of real wood, you may get chips, cracks, knot holes, sanding marks and or saw marks but this is all part of the character of the bowl. Some also may not sit perfectly flat or are not perfectly level. Some are not perfectly shaped. These are not defects. These imperfections are what give the piece character. Stain can also look different on each bowl due to the nature of real wood, some dark and some light, all still being in the same realm of the stain color. Same if being painted.
