Non personalized files are ready for download immediately after purchase. Etsy will send you a link by email to download your new print. Alternatively, to access your files, you can find them by viewing your Etsy profile and click your purchases and reviews section. Please note files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, but sign into your account using a webbrowser/ Etsy website. Little notes: * If purchasing a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD; no physical item will be shipped. * Refunds and returns are not available on digital files. * Files are for personal use only and cannot resold or redistributed in any way. * The appearance of colors may vary from monitor to monitor. All items are shipped with tracking & frames are not included. You can find tracking information on your order confirmation email, Etsy app, or in your Etsy purchase history. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. Lost or damaged item: For lost items a replacement will be send once it is declared lost by the delivery company. For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging are also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be send.
