This is a new, updated version of our popular skeleton corset. The image has been painstakingly redone to give the bones a sense of depth as well as a more aged appearance.
The lace trimmed cameo corset is a Louise Black signature item and has been around since 2004, now in a new overbust pattern. The corset is constructed from 7 sections of alternating rococo print & stripe canvas, w/ a layer of heavy duck canvas sandwiched between a medieval-print toile canvas lining. The edges and seams are encased in bias tape & lace. This sturdy, under-bust style is more of a decorative corset (not for severe waist reduction/training), but it will pull in your waist a couple inches and give your mid-section a waspy, hour glass appearance.
There is steel boning throughout (with 1/2" and 1/4" steel along the side seams, back, & front). It laces up through double sided black grommets and has a cameo image surrounded by more lace and hand pleated ribbon. The front is approx. 14-15" tall. The sides are approx. 12" tall. If you require a taller or shorter corset, or have special shape requirements, please let me know. This corset can be made in sizes 21", 22", 23", 24", 25", 26", 27", 28", 29", 30". I can make it a little shorter or a little taller if need be.
MEASUREMENTS:
*This is a custom-sewn corset made to your measurements (see diagram). I will need 6 measurements in order to complete your corset. 1.) how tall are you? 2.) the measurement around your breasts at the widest part of your chest, 3.) your underbust measurement , 4.) your natural waist measurement 5.) your upper hip measurement, 6.) your cup size.
For the last 3 measurements, measure around your torso at the points which correspond to the lines on the diagram ( the last image). You can give me measurements in inches or centimeters. Please ask if you have any questions about how to take your measurements.
When deciding which size is right for you, it's best to go 2-4" smaller than your natural waist. 1-2" smaller will allow you to almost fully close the corset and 3-4" will leave a small gap in the back to show off the lacing. Please take into consideration that bulky clothing will add 1/2"-1" to your measurements. Please convo if you have any questions about sizing.

International buyers: I do ship internationally and we offer international shipping rates via airmail first class. Because intl. first class is not insured (and we can not be held liable for lost or stolen packages), please inquire before placing your order if you would like your package insured. Insurance is usually an additional $12-15.00. Purchases subtotaling $200 or more must be sent Priority Mail with insurance, so if you're outside the States and this applies to you, I'll have to invoice you for the rest of the postage.
Most of you that regularly buy from out-of-country are familiar with the occasional customs fee, but there are still those to whom this is a surprise. Please know that this is always a possibility when ordering from outside your country. All packages will be marked as merchandise.
