Taking care of upcycled denim is easy! Each item will have specific care instructions under its listing, but as a general rule, hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle in cold water is best. Air drying is recommended to preserve the fabric and color. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

Since all of my products are made of secondhand denim, each item is one of a kind and might differ by its color and texture. Note that colors may also look different on your display depending on their settings and technical characteristics. If you are uncertain about the item you want to buy, please do not hesitate to contact me. Since all my products are handmade, please allow a small difference in measurements (1-3cm).

What materials do you use?

All of my products are made from secondhand denim. I upcycle old, unused, or discarded denim into one-of-a-kind, handmade items. I believe in sustainable fashion and giving old materials a new life.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I would be happy to work on custom orders. If you have specific requests, such as size, color preferences, or even denim that you would like to repurpose, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss the possibilities.

Can I request a different color or material?

Each item in my shop is made from unique secondhand denim, so colors and textures may vary slightly. While I can’t guarantee an exact match to a specific shade or texture, I can try to accommodate preferences from the materials I have available. Feel free to message me with your request.

How long does it take to make and ship custom orders?

The production time for custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the availability of materials. Typically, custom orders take around 1-2 weeks to make. Once the item is completed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, I may have already begun working on your item, and cancellation might not be possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photo?

Yes, you will receive the exact item shown in the photos and described in the listing. All of my products are already made and ready to ship. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different computer screen settings.
