Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you’d like to return it instead, no problem 😉 Just contact me within 14 days of delivery, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Once I receive the item back in original condition, I’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping).

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 30 days from dispatch, please contact me and open a case with Etsy. Once that’s done, I can quickly process your refund through your original payment method.
