PRINT MATERIALS:

✦ Fine Art Paper: is a premium quality, heavy-weight (200gsm) high-resolution paper with a matte finish which emphasizes different highlights and tones to create stunning works of art. It is acid free for a long print life.

✦ Premium Textured Paper: is a heavy-duty (308gsm) matte paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone. It has a soft texture with a lightly defined felt structure. This paper produces very high-quality art reproductions.

✦ Rolled Canvas: is a heavy-weight (400 gsm) finely textured canvas fabric. Is a artist-grade cotton substrate which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity. It lays flat and fits easily into a picture frame.

✦ Stretched Canvas: same canvas but wrapped on 0,75" thick wooden bars.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:
All prints are made to order and are shipped for FREE in the US.
The entire process takes between 3-7 business days depending on the chosen product and destination.
Orders will be sent from our nearest print partner to reduce the time, cost, and carbon footprint of shipping.
Prints will be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit (a flat rigid envelope for smaller sizes or a tube for larger sizes).

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact me within 3 hours of placing your order. After 3 hours changes cannot be made to your order.

RETURNS:
Since each order is custom printed, we cannot accept returns. Before shipment, each order undergoes a quality check to ensure that it is in perfect condition and free of defects. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to correct the situation.

Please note that colors may vary from monitor to monitor and device to device. No refunds will be given based on color variations.
