WHO PAYS RETURN COSTS?

The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred by the seller, such as shipping costs and import tax, for all returns, including exceptions!!! After the returned product is delivered to the seller in 'same condition', the remaining amount will be refunded to the buyer within 24 hours, minus the seller's costs!

CAN I REQUEST A RETURN IF THE CARGO IS DAMAGED, LOST-STOLEN OR CANNOT BE REACHED?

I package the products in such a way that they are not damaged. I cannot accept responsibility if the product is damaged, lost, stolen or undelivered after it has been shipped. The shipping company is responsible for this. I always add the international tracking number to the system after sending the product. So it is the buyer's responsibility after the order has been shipped. Please detect damaged packages on receipt and request a report. I cannot accept returns if the product you have purchased is returned to me due to reasons such as wrong address notification or being unreachable.
