WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PRODUCT?

All products are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped. Once the purchase is complete, instant access to the embroidery files is provided in ZIP format via Etsy and/or email receipt.

DO YOU OFFER A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?

Each purchased embroidery design includes a 1-Year Commercial Use Trial that allows you to stitch and promote up to 50 items total per design OR for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, whichever limit is reached first. This trial offers you the opportunity to easily test our designs for commercial use and provides flexibility as you develop your product line. Once either the 50-item limit is exceeded or the 12-month trial period concludes for a specific design, a yearly Commercial License must be purchased to continue selling or promoting any items using that design. WHAT USES OF OUR DESIGNS ARE PROHIBITED?

The following uses of our Designs are prohibited: • Selling, sharing, gifting, trading, distributing in any manner the Design files (in part or entirely). • Using our Designs to create digital products for sale. • Using our Designs for mass production or factory production of products for wholesale or mass retail sale. • Using our Designs on Print on Demand products and/or websites. • Using our Designs to create other types of products for sale (cutting machine files, logo, illustration, tattoo etc.). • Using our Designs on a "machine for hire" or in any other place that would allow anyone else to access our Designs.
