Thank you for your order! Our current processing time is 4-10 business days! Some items may have a shorter or longer processing time than others. Once the order ships, transit time is on average 2-4 days depending upon location. Please note that once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package and are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Packages returned back to us due to error not made by our shop will require a reshipment fee.

**For time sensitive orders, we do offer a rush fee option that can be purchased to reduce the processing time by half. We also offer expedited shipping methods during checkout. Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not reduce the processing time.**

Orders can be canceled and refunded or have changes made to them up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. We keep this timeframe small in order to maintain a quicker processing time! If you need to make changes or cancel and order, please contact us immediately!

The traditional monogram for women is for the last name initial to appear larger in the center, therefore, we ask that you provide your monogram in the order of first, LAST, middle.

ex. Mary Elizabeth Smith = mSe

The traditional monogram for men is for the initials to appear in their natural order and appear in a straight line, all the same size. Male monograms are not as common as female monograms, so please specify if you would like a male monogram.

ex. John David Smith = JDS

Personalization size for the majority of our items is approximately 3.5" by 3.5". The length is made the maximum 3.5", however the height can vary depending on font style and for names, the height will vary depending on the amount of letters it contains.

We ask that all communication go through the Etsy conversation system. We ask this especially if you already have a current order with us. This ensures that we can respond to you in a timely matter and with little to no miscommunication. If you email us directly, our response to you my be delayed. Also, please do not place an order and ask your questions in the notes section. We do not see the notes section until we are making your order. By this point, changes to the order cannot be made and the order will most likely be delayed in shipping.

Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of the item, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Our staff is available to answer any questions regarding product and/or sizing information. If you received your order and a mistake was made by our staff or the item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it for you! Please note, if we provide a return label to send back incorrect items, the replacement item will not be shipped out until the incorrect items have been returned back.

If you receive an item with a purple mark on it, that is a pen we use to make sure we place the personalization straight and in the correct placement. The pen ink typically disappears within 48 hours, however if it is still visible, it disappears with a little water! Also, on some items we use a clear film to protect the material we are personalizing on. Sometimes it is difficult to remove it all completely. The film is water soluble and washes right out!

Absolutely! The personalization on our items is optional! If you would like to purchase an item blank, without a monogram, just make a note that you would like no monogram. Also, items not monogrammed have a shorter processing time.

We are happy to provide as much sizing information as possible on our items! Just send us a conversation about the item or items you are interested in and we can provide all the information we have on the item, i.e. size charts, dimensions, garment measurements, etc.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide proofs of the personalization prior to making the order. Making proofs takes time and slows down our turn around time. If you have any questions regarding fonts and colors, we recommend contacting us prior to placing the order.
