One size fits MOST but here are a few tips for choosing your width:

3/8" skinny headbands are most popular for girls under 8, though they can also fit adults.
1/2" thin headbands are Bella Headbands most popular width for both girls AND adults.
1" average headbands are typically best for girls 10+ thru adults.
