🔒 What is your return policy?

We only accept returns or issue replacements in the following cases: • The item arrived damaged or defective • The item is incorrect (wrong design, size, or frame finish) • The item is missing (e.g., lost in transit) All products are MADE-TO-ORDER and customized based on your selection (e.g., size, finish), which means they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To assess any issue, we require clear photographic documentation. There’s no need to return the item unless explicitly requested.

📦 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging. If the item is defective or doesn’t match your order, we’ll offer a prompt replacement at no cost. No return is required unless we specifically request it.

🚚 Where will my order ship from?

While our studio is based in Italy, your order is printed and shipped from the closest available facility — usually in 🇺🇸 US, 🇬🇧 UK, 🇪🇺 EU, 🇨🇦 CA, or 🇦🇺 AU. IMPORTANT NOTE: Etsy displays “Ships from Italy” because our shop is VAT-registered in Italy. Unfortunately, this is a platform limitation: sellers can’t set the actual shipping origin if it differs from the VAT country. Thousands of professional shops like ours are affected by this outdated system — and Etsy has shown no intention of resolving it. In rare cases, your order may ship internationally and import fees may apply. If that happens, we’ll notify you in advance and give you 24 hours to confirm whether you’d still like to proceed.

🛠 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

All items are produced to order, and production can begin shortly after checkout. If you made a mistake (e.g., selected the wrong size, design, or address), contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to adjust or cancel it. Once production starts, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
