I wish there were examples of some of the pages, such as the Brain Dump or the difference between the wellness and fitness pages. But so far it has been helpful, I was able to print only the pages I wanted and put them in a binder. I am not good with always staying on track, I wish some things had been combined line the medication log/diabetes log. But I love the layout and concept. This has been very helpful to me, even if I feel a little overwhelmed.
