How long will it take to receive the product I purchased?

Can you design a party with specific theme for me?

Why haven't I received my order yet?

If you ordered physical goods, a tracking number will be provided to let you know the status of your shipment. If you didn't find a tracking number, please kindly check the product title & description again to make sure of the type of product you ordered. The product you ordered might not a physical product to be shipped to your home address, but a digital file. You can find your files in the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy account.

I don't have a printer and have no idea where to print, can you recommend a place that would print this for me?

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com with your web browser (not from Etsy app) and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file at any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once I have finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please send me a convo to discuss how I can send you your files.

I hid my email with Apple sign-in and I can't access my digital download

1. Please sign out from the account you are on now 2. Open a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.), go to etsy.com, and sign in the same way into your account when you place your order, which is with an Apple ID, and choose "hide my email" Note: If you are on the app, you cannot get your downloads. You have to use the browser on your phone.
