POSTAGE WiTHIN THE UK
Postage within the UK will be by 2nd class post for small items under 1kg. Over 1kg will be sent using a courier service, wherever possible. If you are out when the couriers try to deliver, they will put a card through your door with their phone number so that you can arrange for a more convenient day for delivery.

POSTAGE OUTSIDE THE U.K.
For International deliveries outside the U.K. I use the British Post Office Airmail Service. This is a quick and efficient service but, because pottery is quite heavy, the postage charges can be quite high. There is an alternative, cheaper but slower service which I can use if you need to keep the costs down. Please message me if you would like a quote for the cheaper service.

There is unfortunately no tracking facility.

I package my pottery very carefully with lots of bubble wrap but, If an item is delivered damaged I will replace it as soon as possible.

I use recycled packaging material whenever possible because every little helps towards keeping the costs down and helping the environment.


DUTY AND TAXES:
In some countries, buyers have to pay customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. If you are ordering from outside the UK please check your country's import taxes before ordering. If a parcel is returned without being delivered we will refund the price of the pottery but cannot refund the price of the postage.
