Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Answer: Our shipping options that are available are: First Class Mail for a single glass, and Priority Mail for 2 or more glasses. (Bulk orders may be shipped via UPS depending on weight and amount) We do not offer any other shipping options at this time.

Can I get my order by (this) date? I need my order by (this) date.

Answer: We ship orders out as quickly as possible and our typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Once orders have shipped delivery days are determined by the carrier (either USPS or UPS) and is out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery days for this reason.

How do I add my custom information?

Answer: If you purchased a custom order and aren’t sure where to put your information, just message us what the information should be and we will make sure that gets included with your order. If you didn’t order a custom glass and want to include information, message us and we can send you the custom link to purchase.

Can I add a note to the order since it is being shipped directly to friend/family?

Answer: Yes you can add a note for free! Just message us the details and we will make sure your note ships with your order.

Can I change the year on the glass?

Answer: If it is a custom glass the year can be altered. If it is one of our printed designs or standard birthday year engraving we cannot change the year.

Can I get a discount for a bulk order?

Answer: Discounts can be placed when there is an order of 12 glasses or more. Discount rate will depend on the product as well as the shipping location. Please send a message for more information if interested in bulk discount pricing.
