How long does it take to produce my order?

If you do not make any size or visual changes in your orders, your order will be prepared immediately after your order is placed and shipped on the same day. If you want special changes to be made to your orders, a draft will be sent to you after you contact us and preparation will begin with your approval.

How long does it take to ship the order?

Shipping process varies by country and region. Shipping takes 5-7 days on average.

How do I know which size to order?

If you have a size other than standard sizes, your image will be prepared according to the measurements you send via message and those measurements will be added to your product.

Can color changes be made in designs?

We can change all the products in the Boho category to the colors you want. For other designs, if you contact us via message, we will help you.

The product arrived defective, what should I do?

If you find that your order has any of the problems listed below before assembly: 1-) Wrong size 2-) Wrong material 3-) If there are manufacturing defects or missing parts Report this problem to us IMMEDIATELY. Please contact us and attach photos for reference. We will get back to you as soon as possible and do our best to resolve the issue. We will only consider claims if the product is unused and contains any of the defects described above. Therefore, please review your order carefully before starting the installation as we will not accept complaints when the product is used in any way. If you notice any defects during assembly, stop work and contact us. We will not be responsible if the buyer or anyone else installs the defective product

Which material should I choose?

Peel and stick material is a self-adhesive material that can stick to completely smooth surfaces. Classic material is a patterned material that can be adhered to all surfaces except glass with the help of glue. You should make your choice according to your wall.

Your wallpaper will be supplied in one piece for small sizes. Your wallpaper will be printed in panels for larger sizes. Each panel will have overlapping portions of around 1 inch to make application simpler and to provide a seamless effect.

The surfaces on which the material will be applied must be properly cleaned and free of dust, oil, or any other contamination that might interfere with the substance's adherence. Allow at least three weeks for newly polished or painted surfaces to dry and cure completely. Poor adherence might also be caused by rough surfaces or paint.

Actual colors may change somewhat from those on the screen owing to display variations and individual screen settings.

After your purchase is ready, it will take 4-6 days to arrive (processing time 1-3 days). Please include a phone number as a comment to the order at checkout so that the courier company may quickly contact you in the event of a problem.
