Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always doour best to accommodate your requests!

Will I need a Canva account for the digital templates?

Yes, my editable downloads require Canva. Many of my designs are worked in Canva Pro but you can exchange the photos and use Canva free.

How do I download the Files?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download notification email from Etsy. You can also access your files by: Go to Etsy.com & log in. Click on the account icon, then selecting “Purchases and reviews” or by simply following this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Find your order and click on the “Download Files” button. Please note that the Etsy App doesn’t currently allow you to download your files. You must access Etsy through your browser to be able to download your files.

What if I check out as a "Guest"?

If you purchased your print(s) as a “Guest”, your purchase will not show up in your “Purchases” even if you have an Etsy account. Etsy will send you an email with a direct link so that you can download your files. Make sure you check your “Spam” folder if you don’t see the email from Etsy.

Custom and personalized orders

You can buy your frames at Target, Ikea, Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Home Goods, West Elm, Amazon or in antique shops or even estate sales.

Part or all of your Print file may come in a Zip File. I understand that encountering a ZIP file when you were expecting direct access to your printable wall art might be a bit surprising. Let me explain why we use ZIP format for some of our digital products and guide you through the simple process of accessing your images. We use ZIP format for digital products to efficiently bundle multiple versions of artwork in different sizes or formats, compress large files for quicker downloads, and keep everything organized, ensuring you receive all components of your digital product in a single, tidy package. Accessing the images from a ZIP file is straightforward, and you can do it with just a few clicks.

How do I unzip in Windows?

Locate the downloaded ZIP file, usually in your Downloads folder. Right-click on the ZIP file and select “Extract All…” from the context menu. Choose where you want the extracted files to go (you can select a specific folder or create a new one). Click “Extract,” and the folder will open automatically once the process is complete. Your images are now ready to view, print, or edit!

How do I unzip in MAC?

Find the ZIP file in your Downloads folder or wherever you chose to save it. Double-click the ZIP file. The system will automatically extract the files and create a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file in the same location. Open the folder to access all the images included in your purchase. Once extracted, you’ll have full access to all the digital files you purchased, ready to be used as you wish. If you encounter any issues accessing your files or have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
