What is the return policy?

No returns/Refunds. While we do our best to list items accurately, and we feel we go further than most in this area, please feel free to ask for additional information and/or photos prior to purchase. Please keep in mind this shop specializes in old merchandise. Most of the merchandise is not New In the Box (NIB) and likely have some signs of wear.

What is the processing time?

1-3 business days. While we send merchandise out very quickly, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for merchandise to be mailed. This gives us a buffer for most unforeseen circumstances.

Can I ask questions or request additional photos prior to purchase?

Yes. It is encouraged, as there are no refunds. The exception to this is if items are damaged through the mail, in which case the post office would handle the claim.

Is merchandise insured?

Yes. In most cases the merchandise is insured through USPS. This protects the buyer & seller in the event that there is an issue with the delivery of merchandise. When applicable, refunds are not immediate, but will be paid out once the postal service does their investigation into the situation, decides the request is valid & refunds.

Why do you have a No Refund Policy?

1. We are a very small shop and as such cannot afford to loose a potential sale due to the merchandise being out of our hands temporarily. 2. The cost of mailing merchandise adds up very quickly. 2. We take extreme care to protect ourselves & therefore our customers from spreading germs/diseases like COVID-19. We have no way of knowing whether others take the same precautions.

Can the price of merchandise change once an item is in my cart?

Yes. While we try to keep prices consistent, prices may change due to supply and demand or due to other factors we may have been unaware of when the item was originally priced. If you have questions about this please contact us.

What does “Imperfect” mean?

There is no such thing as a perfect item; however, the term “imperfect” is used to describe an item that is damaged.
