What if I do not know my size?

If you are unsure of your size, I highly suggest purchasing one of my nail sizing kits from my Etsy Storefront. I have a variety of shapes and lengths to choose from. Even if you have purchased nails from another seller in the past, I still suggest ordering one of my nail sizing kits because all nail tips are NOT made identical. The tips one shop uses may not be the same as the tips I use. Also, various nail shapes tend to have different sizes. I know many shops suggest the tape measure method and coin methods, but I do not use them because they are not guaranteed accuracy. For the best and most accurate sizing, purchasing a sizing kit is highly recommended.

What materials do you use to design the nails?

All of my nail designs include a builder gel base. I can assure you, builder gel is just as strong and long lasting as acrylic! I rarely use acrylic bases now, but if I do, I will state that in the title and/or item description. Overall, all designs are crafted with gel nail products.

What can I do about a nail that has been damaged?

Accidents happen! Sometimes nail tips experience chipping/splitting, or gel polish may chip/peel. Normal wear and tear may cause this issue, but it can occur if you mishandle your nails. It may even be my fault! Whatever the case may be, please reach out to me so we can figure out some solutions! Also, I consider nail lifting to be damage. If your nail(s) lift, I would suggest soaking off in a bowl of warm water, soap, and oil (optional), rather than applying more glue to close the lifted gap, or waiting to take the nail off days-weeks later. Why? You do NOT want a nail greenie!

I have not received my order yet

Unfortunately, I cannot control shipping speed nor security once I have dropped your order off to USPS to be scanned and delivered. I do keep track of all orders, and watch the tracking information daily until all orders have been delivered. You will have access to all tracking information as well. If you are unable to see your tracking information, please reach out to me so we can get things figured out! If I notice a delay or any issues with the delivery of your purchase, I will likely contact you to make sure you are aware as well, and depending on the issue, may reach out to USPS to rectify the situation. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out because getting your order to you is imperative!

The item I received is not what I expected. Can I be refunded?

All sales are final. Depending on the circumstance, a buyer may be eligible for a full or partial refund. For example, I will not issue a refund if your nails are the wrong size. I highly suggest purchasing a sizing kit from my shop for accurate nail sizing, but ordering preset sizes are an alternative. If you decide to use approximate custom sizes or you order a preset size and the nails do not fit, that is unfortunately not my responsibility. Since I make all my handmade nails tailored to my buyers, I unfortunately will not be able to give a refund for nails that have already been delivered to you, especially if they have already been applied.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not offer custom orders. If you are interested in one of my handmade sets but you don't like a particular design, want a different color, or want it in a particular shape/length, then I will gladly alter it for you! Send me a message on Etsy with your desired alteration before placing your order.

I love it when my nails are done, but I do not like the long process, or the crazy salon prices! My handmade press on nails are not only trendy, but they are also salon quality, affordable, and an excellent choice for those who love to rock a new design every other week.

All of my handmade nails are crafted using a builder gel base unless stated otherwise. Builder gel, in my opinion, is just as strong as acrylic, so I can guarantee your nails will have strength and longevity.

I take my time with every set because I like to ensure I deliver a product that you and I will both be happy with. My goal is for you to feel confident with a fresh set of nails that look good and will last for weeks!

*** All orders come with 10 nails, a mini nail file, a cuticle stick, an alcohol prep pad, and nail glue.

With proper application and care, sets may last 1-3 weeks. Depending on how you care for your nails, you may reuse them as well! For tips on how you can reuse these nails, send me a message! If you experience lifting, PLEASE remove the nail(s) as you may end up with a “greenie”. If you ever end up with a greenie, do not panic! Again, send me a message and I will be happy to help you.

Because I make each set by hand, and according to your desired size and customizations, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. An order may be eligible for a full or partial refund under certain circumstances; for example, if you receive your order, and it has been damaged in transport, a refund may be issued, but I will GLADLY remake your order free of charge if you'd like!

When it comes to press ons, a common issue buyers may experience is incorrect sizing. With this in mind, I highly recommend purchasing one of MY sizing kits ( https://www.etsy.com/listing/1740205414/nail-sizing-kit-for-press-on-nails ) to ensure that you get the correct size. Preset sizes generally fit, but having sizes that are tailored specifically to you feels so much better!

Super cute nails! I used them for my cruise. I think the salt water took away from the metal coat tho. Also to make sure to get her size kit. Her nails are a bit bigger
