We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it—just contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. After this window, we’re unable to replace items damaged in transit. Because every item is custom-designed, printed, and made to order, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is submitted. To ensure your personalization is perfect, please double-check spelling, grammar, and monogram initial order before purchasing. Orders with errors will not be refunded or reprinted unless you request a proof before production.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & RETURNED PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “No Such Address,” the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping and must provide the correct address before it can be resent.

PRIORITY MAIL: DAMAGED • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

All USPS Priority Mail orders include up to $100 of insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS for a refund. If you’d like a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the claim process. USPS requires photos of the damaged item and its packaging—without these, claims will be denied. Once a package is scanned as “Delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you suspect your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact your local post office right away. Please note: We have no control over USPS delays due to weather or other service disruptions.

ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your order arrives damaged please contact Aqua Magnolia® within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that photographs of the item and packaging are required. No replacements or refunds will be issued if photos are not provided. Refunds, if approved, will only cover the cost of the product itself. In some cases, shipping costs are included in the item price and cannot be refunded.

ORDER MARKED DELIVERED - BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to help locate your package: Check nearby – Sometimes packages are delivered to neighbors or placed in an unexpected spot (porch, garage, behind planters, etc.). Contact your local post office – Provide them with your tracking number, shipping service, and shipping address so they can investigate. Reporting possible theft or missing mail – The United States Postal Service recommends either: Filing a report online with: USPS Missing Mail & Theft Claims Calling for assistance at 1-800-275-8777 While we’ll do our best to help you track down your package, once USPS marks an order as “Delivered,” we are not able to replace or refund it.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED & TRACKING ISSUES

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking hasn’t updated, you can: Contact your local post office or the USPS Consumer & Industry Contact Office for help with late deliveries, mis-deliveries, damaged mail, or tracking questions. Be aware that packages may be delayed due to loss, damage, staffing issues, or USPS system errors.

I package everything carefully to prevent damage during shipping, but luckily it's an easy fix with a bit of glue. 😊 I do ask that customers reach out to me first if anything is not right with their order, so I can assist you before you leave a review.
