What is a Printable ?

All designs in my shop are PRINTABLES - high quality (300dpi) instant digital download JPEG files. Etsy will send you an automatic email straight after purchase with a link to your downloads, you can also download your files at any time from your Etsy account. Plus, I will send you instructions on how to achieve the best print from a home printer after purchase. Purchasing a digital download allows you to quickly and easily update + refresh your decor, just Download, Print, Frame & Enjoy!

Downloading Purchased PRINTABLES ?

You will receive an email from Etsy (once payment has processed) with a link to download your purchased files. You can also download your files from within your Etsy Account - Go to 'Purchases and Reviews', find your purchase and click on the download button.

ZIP files and how to open ?

Many of my listings include more than one design and multiple file sizes, therefore all printable Jpeg files will be contained within one Zip file. To have access to your files in the zip folder simply right click on the folder and select 'extract files'. This will create a new unzipped folder with all your jpeg files from which you can use to print your artwork.

How do I print my digital files ?

You can print in three ways: 1.Straight from your home printer, If you print at home using good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matt paper and heavy weight paper. 2. Using an online photo lab service such as Nations Photo Lab or Shutterfly.com 3. Use a local photo service at places such as Walmart, Walgreens, Vista Print, Walgreens, Staples, Kinkos, Costco, FedEX, Snapfish, Aspen Creek

Home Printing: Quality of Print

Please note that there are many variations of home printers and software, so I'm unable to provide tech support for printing issues - but for guidance, make sure your image is printed at 100% Actual Size (no scaling), no boarders and select the highest quality print mode your printer has.

Home Printing: What paper should I print on ?

The heavier the paper the better. Standard printer paper is around 80gsm - I would recommend using a minimum of 120gsm paper. There are also different paper types such as Matt and Gloss. I recommend Gloss to achieve a better depth of colour to your print.

What happens if my email is incorrect on my account or I can not login to my mail ?

No problem ! Your files can still be found on your Etsy account, go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'. Please note you need to use the Etsy Desktop version as the app does not have this feature.

My files won’t download ?

Your digital download can be found either in a confirmation email sent by Etsy or online on Etsy (this does not work on the app). However sometimes files are not available immediately. Please wait a couple minutes and check again. If the files are still not available/ are not downloading then please message me and I will email you the files directly.

Do you make custom orders ?

Yes, please message me and I will gladly accept your design request.
