X-Small — 7.5 to 10.5 inches and 0.5 inches wide
Small — 10.5 to 13.5 inches and 0.8 inches wide
Medium — 13.5 to 16 inches and 0.8 inches wide
Large — 16 to 18.5 inches and 1.2 inches wide
X-Large — 18.5 to 21 inches and 1.2 inches wide
