Download purchased (milk carton) but received incorrect instructions (mug). Message sent, no response. Since everything is in English, the photos usually help... But here, nothing! Very disappointed

Hi, Just to clarify: the instructions for all templates are always provided in written form. The visual “How to work with a template” guide is a general guide that is included with every product and is not specific to each individual design. It only explains the basic steps like cutting and measuring. The actual instructions for each specific template are always given in the written description.
