Solid One-Piece Hardwood Cutting Boards; Walnut, Cherry or Maple (Available in Multiple Sizes)

Locally sourced Black Walnut, Hard Maple or Rustic Cherry are used to create these beautiful handcrafted cutting boards. These boards will become the "go to" pieces in your kitchen or perfect for entertaining. Each board is constructed from a single SOLID PIECE of hardwood, sanded smooth, with slightly rounded edges and corners. Finished boards are between 3/4" and 1" in thickness and available in 4-5 sizes. (Due to natural variation and the sanding process, boards could vary slightly in dimensions.)

*I have a limited number of exceptional pieces, 11" x 18", that I will be listing from time to time. These are large pieces of beautiful lumber that I can't bring myself to cut into something smaller. Check back often to see when these become available.

Care has been taken to produce a high quality product that embraces the natural beauty of the wood. Each cutting board has been carefully sanded and hand-finished with multiple coats of food-grade mineral oil and high-quality food-grade wood conditioner that includes mineral oil, beeswax and other natural waxes. Non-slip rubber feet are attached, with stainless steel screws, to provide a stable surface and keep the board from sitting directly on a wet surface. To maintain the beauty for years to come, all wood cutting boards should be conditioned on a regular basis (instructions, and product suggestions, will be included).

The wood is locally sourced from an organization committed to sustainable forest management and producing only the highest quality lumber. Each board is unique in grain and color. Only food-grade, non-toxic items are used to finish the pieces! ***There can be some variation in streaks of color and grain. If you have a strong preference please message with a note - example: "I'm great with some natural character in grain and color" or "As uniform in color and grain as you have available" are helpful when filling an order. Maple can have a wide range of coloration so please check the photos for examples of what you might receive.
