A peacock feather & pheasant & rooster feathers sit at back of hat with gold organza ribbon & purple & orange satin ribbons tied around center which trail down at back. A large working pocket watch sits at front with the chain trailing around onto top of hat. A 10/6 card sits one side along with 3 x golden beaded hatpins & 4 x mini playing cards sit on other side.
