How do I download my files?

To access your digital downloads, simply go to etsy.com on a browser, login and click on your account, then click on Purchases and Reviews. The files will be there to download. You can download them as many times as you need.

When will I receive my digital download?

Your digital download will be available instantly in your Etsy account. Click on your account, then Purchases and Reviews. Click on the order and your files will be there.

When I click on the link in the Etsy email, it says files aren't available.

Try logging out of Etsy on your browser, then click on the link again. It might be that purchased as a guest, or a different account.

I am having trouble downloading my digital files.

If you have logged in on a computer and can't access your files through your account, please send me a message.
