Lost/Missing packages?

Unfortunately once items are sent out, I am not responsible for missing or lost items. No exchange, replacement or shop credit is provided either as it is entirely out of my control whether or not a package will make it to you after I send it out at the post office. Please contact your mail carrier to see the status of your item and work out any issues after the package has been sent.

Faulty Item/Missing Item in my package?

If you are missing an item in your package or an item is faulty (ex. missing a piece of a charm, broken loop, etc.), you are welcome to message me and we can work something out!

Do you have any other body pillow sizes or larger sizes for certain prints?

Whatever you see on the storefront is what I have available at the moment. There are usually no plans to make different sizes of various items either.

I got the Raf case and the image quality is extremely good. It doesn't fade, the colors are vibrant, the fabric has a stretch to it and is cool to the touch. It shipped quickly and arrived quickly as well. Would definitely recommend!!!
