What is your turnaround time?

I ship orders quickly, between 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Larger orders or custom orders can take longer if I need to order specific parts or cord colors. I do keep a large inventory of parts, cord styles and light shades on hand. If I'm unable to ship an order within 1-2 weeks I will contact you and will give you the option to cancel your order.

Can I have a wall plug on my light?

Yes, please message me for a custom listing.

Are your light fixtures U.L. listed?

My assembled light fixtures do not have a U.L. number, all of the electrical components I use are U.L. listed. My light fixtures are insured, so you are protected. Spec sheets for the U.L. listed components I use are available per request.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, I can only ship within the US.

What does "Hand-Finished Brass" mean?

Hand-finished brass starts with solid, raw brass parts, not steel parts that are plated with a thin layer of brass-like material. Real brass parts have a good weight and much nicer quality than brass plated or factory finished parts. Hand-finishing is done by cleaning and darkening every single part by hand. The process is slightly different for each finish to achieve the desired results. It is time consuming and tedious, but the result is a unique, warm and loved feel to the entire fixture. Each and every part turns out a little bit different and it makes it look more interesting than factory finished pieces.

What is "Raw Brass Finish"?

Raw brass finish refers to unfinished brass parts that have been cleaned with sandpaper and steel wool for a uniform surface. Raw brass will darken over time. You will see it turn a warmer gold color in the first few months. Over time it will become darker and more dull, just like real aged brass we see in antique stores and on old houses. If you want to keep your raw brass finish shiny for longer, wipe off any fingerprints after installation and use fine steel wool to buff it from time to time. I can also put a thin coat of lacquer on your fixtures for no additional charge, please include a note for me during checkout.

Are ceiling canopy and installation hardware included?

All of my light fixtures come with a matching ceiling canopy and installation hardware. If you choose the option for a wall plug it will not include a ceiling canopy.

What is champagne Brass Finish?

Champagne brass finish is slightly dull and less shiny that raw brass finish. It's a warm and rich gold tone, protected by a thin layer of lacquer.
